Suzi is the co-owner of Ridgeside K9 Knoxville alongside her husband, Mike. Before becoming part of the business full-time, she spent 13 years as an educator. As Ridgeside K9 grew, so did the need for someone to manage everything happening behind the scenes, and Suzi eventually made the decision to leave teaching and dedicate herself fully to the business.
Today, Suzi oversees the internal operations of Ridgeside K9 Knoxville. From managing staff and developing policies and procedures to overseeing payroll, finances, budgeting, and the many day-to-day details of running a growing company, she works to make sure the business stays organized and operates smoothly.
For Suzi, Ridgeside K9 Knoxville is much more than a business. It is something she and Mike have built together, and she is proud to play a part in its continued growth while helping maintain the standards, culture, and level of care that Ridgeside K9 was built on.
