Ridgeside K9 Knoxville has large indoor runs to keep every four-legged guest comfortable for their stay. They are kept inside a temperature-controlled building. We have outdoor runs available for potty times that they visit multiple times a day. Kennels are cleaned daily as well as cleaning their water bowls multiple times a day. We have staff at the building day and night and the building is fully alarmed with security cameras because the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance to us.

Medications should be brought in their original packaging, both for prescription and over the counter medications. We also ask that personal toys and belongings stay home to ensure no one’s favorite chew toy or bed-time cuddle buddy gets lost or damaged.
At pick up, you will need to come inside to pick up your at check out time. Please have your leash ready to go!

All dogs boarding must have current Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Lepto, and DHPP or DAPP vaccines. The shot records must be received before the day of arrival. No exceptions!
